上海芳鄰民宿- 如何訂房 Shanghai Funglin B&B House Booking Information

住宿資訊: 芳鄰主要民宿有四間雙人房, 大都有專屬衛浴, 另有公用客廳, 廚房和飯廳. 自助式簡單早餐會在早上8點到10點提供. 我們另在外灘有一房一廳, 希望一個禮拜或中到長期住戶, 這個地點沒有早餐供應, 除非另外有特別安排. 所有房間及設備都是全新的.
Accommodations: 4 bedrooms with private or semi-private bathrooms in Fungling B&B House with shared living room, kitchen, and dining area. Self-served continental breakfast is available between 8AM and 10AM. The one bedroom apartment unit located in the downtown Shanghai is available for minimum one week or mid to long-term stay. Breakfast is not included for this location but may be available depending on the term of stay. All units and appliances are new.

價格: 芳鄰主要民宿一天2人房為$70.00 和$90.00美金, 多一人加 $30.00, (但不是所有房間都可加床), 住一周有折扣. 外灘公寓為美金$120.00, 一周或中長期有固定折扣, 這間公寓可住1至2人.
Rates: $70.00 to $90.00 per night, based on double occupancy for rooms in Funglin B&B House. $30.00 for each additional person. Not all rooms can accomedate more than two people. Weekly rates available. One bedroom apartment in downtown (Waitan) is $120.00 per day fixed rate. This can commendate up to 2 people. Mid to long-term rates available.

Minimum stay is 2 nights. Payment: 25% deposit (non-refundable) required, with balance to be paid upon arrival. Personal checks (only from U.S. residents) and cash accepted. Contact respective contacts to arrange payments.

Cancellation Policy: Deposit is non-refundable. Please contact us as soon as you know your trip is cancelled or postponed.

住屋限制: 我們歡迎12歲以上兒童; 抽煙僅限於陽台; 訓練有素的寵物也歡迎.
Restrictions: Children 12 years and older are welcome. Smoking is allowed on the balcany only. Well-trained pets are welcome.
