Accommodations: 4 bedrooms with private or semi-private bathrooms in Fungling B&B House with shared living room, kitchen, and dining area. Self-served continental breakfast is available between 8AM and 10AM. The one bedroom apartment unit located in the downtown Shanghai is available for minimum one week or mid to long-term stay. Breakfast is not included for this location but may be available depending on the term of stay. All units and appliances are new.
價格: 芳鄰主要民宿一天2人房為$70.00 和$90.00美金, 多一人加 $30.00, (但不是所有房間都可加床), 住一周有折扣. 外灘公寓為美金$120.00, 一周或中長期有固定折扣, 這間公寓可住1至2人.
Rates: $70.00 to $90.00 per night, based on double occupancy for rooms in Funglin B&B House. $30.00 for each additional person. Not all rooms can accomedate more than two people. Weekly rates available. One bedroom apartment in downtown (Waitan) is $120.00 per day fixed rate. This can commendate up to 2 people. Mid to long-term rates available.
